Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Our plant covers [32,000 m²] with in-house machining, tooling and inspection. You are welcome to visit or arrange a video audit.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is [__] pcs for standard parts. For new projects we accept sample orders so you can validate quality before committing to volume.
How long is your lead time?
Samples typically [__] days after drawing approval; production orders [__]–[__] days depending on material and quantity. Quoted lead times are planned against capacity.
Can you manufacture to our drawings?
Yes. Send 2D/3D files or samples. Our engineers review manufacturability and often suggest tolerance or material changes that reduce cost — this is where we differ from a pure trading company.
What certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001 and [IATF 16949] process control, with CE / RoHS / REACH documentation for compliant markets. Certification certificates are available on request.
What are your payment terms?
T/T or L/C. Typically 30% deposit with balance against copy of B/L. Other terms can be discussed for repeat customers.
Do you provide inspection reports?
Yes. First article inspection on new parts, CMM reports and material certificates on request, plus batch inspection records for your compliance file.
How do you handle quality problems?
Report the issue with photos within 30 days of receipt. We run a documented root-cause analysis and supply replacement parts or a credit — no arguments.
